MEDITECH, Dell, and JJWild Expand Partnership to Canada
MEDITECH, Dell, and JJWild are pleased to announce they are expanding their partnership to Canada. The collaboration, which began in the United States, provides health care organizations with a cohesive solution by leveraging the MEDITECH Health Care Information System, Dell technology, and JJWild's experience designing and developing integrated health care delivery solutions in partnership with all MEDITECH-compatible technology vendors, including Dell.

JJWild Participates in IBM's Annual Partnerworld meeting
Many of IBM's partners traveled to St. Louis for IBM's annual Partnerworld meeting held April 30 - May 2, 2007. Informational training sessions, executive forums, peer-to-peer meetings, and exchange sessions filled the 3-day agenda. JJWild also participated in round table discussions hosted by IBM who sought suggestions for future product and process enhancements.

As the designer and developer of integrated healthcare delivery solutions for the MEDITECH community, JJWild welcomes all opportunities to work collaboratively with all our MEDITECH-compatible technology vendor partners. Partnerworld 2007 was certainly time well spent.

JJWild Participates in EMC World
Many of EMC's partners traveled to Orlando, Florida for this years EMC World held May 21-24, 2007. It was a record gathering of more than 7,000 EMC customers, partners, technologists, and members of the news media and analyst communities. Spanning nearly one-million square feet of exhibit and meeting space in the Orange County Convention Center and nearby facilities, JJWild had the opportunity to participate in more than 600 educational sessions covering 364 separate topics. EMC also conducted demonstrations of more than 50 of its own leading solutions.

As the designer and developer of integrated healthcare delivery solutions for the MEDITECH community, JJWild welcomes all opportunities to work collaboratively with all of our MEDITECH-compatible technology vendor partners. EMC World 2007 was certainly time well spent.

Announcement of Ethan Allen as Vice President of Customer Services
JJWild is pleased to announce the appointment of Ethan Allen as Vice President of Customer Services. Ethan comes to us with a wide range of invaluable experience. Before joining JJWild, he held the position of Vice President of Professional Services for Kronos. Prior to that, Ethan was Senior Vice President of Data General's AViiON Server Division and Vice President of Worldwide Customer Service for Prime Computer. We are confident that Ethan’s leadership will have a positive impact on our customers’ experience. We welcome him to our team.

Promotion of Tom Tibbetts to JJWild’s VP of Sales
We are delighted to announce the promotion of Tom Tibbetts to Vice President of Sales, from his previous position as Director of Sales. Tom has been working with the MEDITECH community for over 20 years and is well known and trusted by many of our customers. Prior to joining JJWild, Tom worked at Dell where he managed the MEDITECH practice and was actively involved in orchestrating the partnership of MEDITECH, Dell, and JJWild. Before that, Tom worked at Data General Healthcare in various management positions. We are confident that Tom will continue to be instrumental in helping our customers achieve their strategic initiatives.

Consulting Engagements
1. Carteret General Hospital in Morehead City, NC
Congratulations to Carteret General Hospital in Morehead City, NC who went LIVE with MEDITECH Client/Server SR2 January 1st. Not only did the facility implement the core financial modules (AP/MM/GL/FA), clinical modules (LAB/PHA/ITS), and administrative modules (ADM/MRI/ABS/CWS/BAR), Carteret General also went LIVE with PCS and eMAR.

If that wasn't enough, in May they also went LIVE with additional advanced clinical modules (EDM/AOM and ORM) and plans to go LIVE with BMV by August. In addition, the MEDITECH QM/RM module is targeted to go LIVE in September and Scanning/Archiving in December. Supporting software packages include Forward Advantage, FormFast, and Pyxis.

Seventeen JJWild Consultants were delighted to play an important role in the successful implementations at Carteret General.

Needless to say, Carteret General Hospital is fast becoming a MEDITECH showplace!

2. Interior Health Authority in British Columbia
JJWild Consultants recently enjoyed working with the Interior Health Authority Lab team in Kelowna, British Columbia to help with a Lab Standardization Project. The IHA Lab team's goal was to compare lab dictionary data from five databases and identify variances in preparation for system-wide standardization. Successful completion of this project will position IHA for organizational success with future upgrades and implementations.

July 2006 marks the celebration of our 50th anniversary! John Wild, Sr. founded the company on the principles of business conducted with a sense of ethics: loyalty, honesty, and integrity – principles we still hold dear and are committed to maintain. However elusive this challenge may be, we know that any company who loses its corporate culture also risks losing the ingredient that made it successful in the first place.

JSite Disaster Recovery goes live -  JJWild debuts its managed services business
Learn about the first of our planned line of managed services offerings, our JSite Fully Managed Disaster Recovery Service for MEDITECH. JSite went live in August of 2005, with a successful recovery test for our first customer, Habersham County Medical Center.
