JJWild's goal is to provide complete customer satisfaction with our support services. We want you to feel comfortable that you have a partner who can assist you with critical technology issues, as well as questions that arise during day to day operations. Specifically, these services include configuration, operational tuning, and troubleshooting problems related to supported components.

We offer 7x24x365 telephone support. You can access JJWild's support services by phoning our dedicated support line at 781-575-1894 (Monday through Friday 8:00am-8:00pm ET). Or you can submit a non-critical support issue via email below. After business hours, a dispatch service handles calls, and based on the issue and severity you will be connected to one of our system engineers. Escalation procedures are in place to guarantee resolution of problems.
